Creators of the app. Update the software or something. The app cannot connect to servers, loads for a long time, or doesn't load at all and the buttons just become unresponsive. If you get the chance to sign in and it asks for verification, good luck because it probably won't send codes via text or via email. I've deleted and re-installed this app I don't know how many times. Your thing saying "Check your balance anywhere, anything" is bs because we can't. FIX YOUR APP!

Had a really hard time creating an account and logging in. It's like the app can't talk with the servers. It just spins and does nothing. After finally getting in I've found the same experience when trying to use the app. You click a button and it just spins until going back to the screen without doing anything. It's really frustrating. Occasionally you get lucky and your request will go through, but managing your money shouldn't be like playing craps.

Absolutely horrendous design. When you click the sign in button, it spins for a second then stops without doing anything. It doesn't sign you in, it doesn't throw an error, it doesn't say your password is incorrect, it just does nothing. No feedback whatsoever. It's an absolute horrible user experience. Your only choice is to wait and try again at a different time.
