I have another camera similar to this one that I got a few years ago and that one has the option to where you can only have it record when motion is detected. this camera doesn't offer any features like that and you basically have to pay in order to watch a live feed and unless you're watching it you can't photograph or record anything. the only alternative is the record in the morning and when I get back home stopped recording and watch hours of footage? no thanks!

Very limited features As others have pointed out, the free version of this app, when used with the corresponding hardware, does not allow motion detection, contrary to what is advertised. I have excellent Wi-Fi combined with a 900 Mbps up and down internet connection, but access to live images is slow and often faulty. The software is unusable and useless, but I have to admit that it reflects the hardware.

The mini camera I purchased is supposed to have cloud storage and motion detection. But there are No options to set up either of these in the app. I've been under every settings area and there's no option for notifications like there should be or for storage. Very misleading product information.
