I'm picking this app over others I tried before because it offers ability to adjust the percentage of different strokes you want to see in workouts. I enjoy training for a short distance breaststroke, but everything I tried before is geared toward long distance freestyle. I also like the simple design. I was missing the ability to print workouts before, but now it is pretty easy and well formatted.

for the most part of the app works pretty well It doesn't crash. in terms of the sets that the app generates are very repetitive and not very good for people who are experienced swimmers. it's basically just a combination of various amounts of 50s, I don't think I've ever seen a 75 or a 125 as a distance. The developer really needs to do a better job at varying the workouts. I would gladly amend my review if that was addressed.

Thanks for your feedback! Currently, the app contains various exercises with 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 800 m/yd intervals. The reason why we avoided shorter intervals until now is because many users swim in 50 m/yd pools.

I am 44yo swimmer with a 1.25 pace. I have been using the app for over a year. I like the user friendly interface, the simple metrics to follow progression and the structure of the training programs. I have tried and used other apps before but found them unnecessarily complex and learning them, navigating them required time and attention. This one suits me and allowed me to make progress. I followed the program and my 400m free dropped from 6.14 to 5.41 within 12 months. Simple and useful.
