The App is intended for Highmark’s Blue Shield members in 21 counties in central Pennsylvania and 13 counties in northeastern New York, and Highmark’s Blue Cross Blue Shield members in 29 counties of western Pennsylvania, 13 counties of northeastern Pennsylvania, the state of Delaware, the state of West Virginia plus Washington County, Ohio and 8 counties in western New York. All references to “Highmark” are references to Highmark Inc., and/or to one or more of its affiliated Blue companies, which are independent licensees of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.

App is sooo difficult to sign in with. Your two step verification is the worst! I have to go to my email to get the code and your app automatically resets ...I have to sign back in....then the code is no good. Even under 5 minutes I actually have to use two devices to sign into your app on my phone. One for my email and one for your app!! Just awful.

The app runs like an ad. Every screen asks you to rate the app, to give them more information on you, etc. I'm leaving this review just to stop getting interrupted. The layout is terrible. Have to hunt for things like an HSA. Edit: I *see* the HSA, but it's down a menu tree and not displayed with other accounts. Cumbersome experience.

Dear User, we're sorry for the inconvenience. We want to provide a better user experience, but understand that asking frequently can be cumbersome and frustrating. Your HSA information should display if you have an active account. If you are still not seeing it, please contact our support desk at the number on the back of your ID card.

I got a text that I have a message. I opened the app and was forced to update. After the update, I was forced to set up 2 factor login so I did. I got my login verification code and entered it, logged in, only for it to say something went wrong, try again later. Now I have a message waiting in my account that I'm unable to access. Great job.
