I find the app extremely useful when I can get it to log in. It allows for biometric log in but each time I try to use it it tella me to log in with health plan credentials due to the biometric getting disconnected and out of date. Doesn't make sense since my biometrics are current and I use it each day on other apps and my phone.

Very difficult to find a doctor. The application doesn't find a doctor in your area regardless of adding city, state, zip code. It took me 1 week to find an actual general practitioner. I had to go on my own to find this doctor. Hoping this app will improve due to the fact that we need this app to find most of our doctors.

Wants 2 factor authentication set up but then the app won't load/progress after that point and the only other option is to sign out. Not impressed that I cannot get the care we specifically have to go through this platform.
