Edit:- stupid app and stupid customer support I got reply from app devs to contact them on mail I told them about my problem has been a week and no response. Totally useless app ordered multiple items but never got delivered but still shows billed and in customer support there is no option to talk to customer care and in Distributor Details SHYAM TRADERS there is no number given only +91, would not recommend the app to anyone totally useless you'll never get to product totally scammers

Very poor service! My first order got cancelled without reason, and the second one has been pending for over a month with no update. I haven’t paid yet, but this kind of delay is unacceptable. Please improve your serices

This is such a useless app that it has no limits, the people associated with it are even more useless, no matter how many orders are placed, they are never delivered or they get cancelled,They are spoiling the image of a company like Hindustan Unilever. Neither is there any solution provider nor does anyone provide any solution, but everyone from top to bottom makes a mess...
