Can not set negative targets for weighing in charge. Disconnects when I switch to my smart probes app. Crashes frequently. Wish scale had a small screen on it so could be used without the app. Love all my other JB stuff their app just sucks. As HVAC/R tech what good is an alarm that only works when adding weight to scale not removing it? I dont need an alarm when recovering my unit shuts off automatically I need an alarm when charging (removing weight from scale).

So all of you people complaining about your scale not connecting, it may be your fault, like it was mine...But also JBs fault for not making it clear in the instructions to touch the word scale to get it to connect. Maybe I should write your instructions for(hit the bluetooth symbol top left which i assume is now the scan button, then when the word scale pops up touch it to select it),then boom connected, I found this out by accident. You would have at least 4.8 stars, if you would have made that clear, as i was about to give up on the scale,as clearly so many on this thread have. I love the case and build quality of the scale Thank you JB for making quality products you have never let me down.

Do not buy this product! Returning it ASAP after spending 5 hours trying to connect with S8 note and S9 note. Even had a rocket scientist try to connect...no-go. Got as far as scale and nothing connected. The instructions supplied does not follow with APP. Useless as a midget with a yo-yo.
