unfortunately getting in contact with kogan is impossible. eventually you can only use any number of 100's of pre-defined questions. If that doesn't work then who knows? When they get your questions or problems they only answer part of the issue. Then you have to go through the whole debacle again to get answers. Oh, and don't bother putting phone number in your message as they do not call you. Despite saying they will, if you prefer a call. On a positive note, the website is easy to navigate.

If you want to cancel an item before it gets delivered, it will never happen. I am waiting on returning 2 items. One week has past with no response. Please avoid Kogan at all cost. I have been waiting over a month for a fan and delivery was meant to be end of July but when I messaged them to cancel it, the item goes out for delivery what a miracle. I'll be promoting how bad they are with customer service. Answer to reply: To late sold it at a loss, as it has been a while since the incident.

App performance is very poor filters keep resting and page resets when searching for a particular product and press to veiw product details then go back to the search menu. Pictures don't scroll smoothly while not loading at all for some other products. Also there's the problem of account keeps signing out for no reason. It use to have wider range of products and service now is focused on subscriptions and lottery. Most annoyingly, email preferences keep resetting after each purchase. $130 year!
