I used to love this app SO much. It was seriously my go to for everything with my pets. One of my favorite features was tracking supplies and it would give me an idea of when I'd run out and need more. Thar doesn't seem to be a feature of the new app at all. The new app is so much harder to navigate and not near as user friendly. It doesn't add records to the right pet and is frustrating to use. This app used to be so much more than any other available app. I'd love the old app back!!

Information is entered in a very "databasey" and challenging manner. The same information can be entered in multiple places, some of the locations can't be extracted into any of the "sharing" reports. DO NOT PUT WEIGH INTO APP! Any weight entered is converted into the wrong weight on "shareable" petsitter report. I reported problem and of course the fix is always an update away. (After 2 updates ii give up) I emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Poor experience all around!

This app was amazing for the past 7 years, nothing out there came close. I understand the business decision to go subscription and have no problems paying if I fully utilized it. I see all these replies that issues have been fixed, but when i logged in, all I saw were my dogs teeth cleaning task. no nails, baths, or heartworm or tick medications. Not sure if information is being withheld, but it's definitely not the same anymore!
