Ratings and reviews

Good for tracking. Health monitoring seems a bit vague, that wasn't the reason for the purchase. Would be nice to see all the tracker info in the same place. Right now, you find info on two+ pagea. The firmware updates are also little mystery, because the reminders stop yet there is no notification whether any updates were installed or not. That would help. Interested in firmware because the map and heat maps are off, and hope software updates would help. Have two right now. Do the job.

Company is shady and a scam. Won't let you cancel or pause subscription; that part of their website won't load. But the part allowing you to upgrade loads instantly. No customer service phone number and they're not replying to email. I'm going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company and let them deal with it. And file a Better Business Bureau complaint; I noticed they're not accredited

Great app and great product. My doggo can be a bit of an escape artist and I've been able to quickly track him down on more than one occasion. The peace of mind alone is worth the cost and the extra activity and health monitoring are a bonus. Haven't tried the other popular let tracking products but I am happy with this one. I found that once setup the battery lasts about a week which is reasonable.
