I wish that the location worked as well as a different tracker app/collar I tried previously. However, the location history is a feature I really wanted, so i like that. But we're still having challenges with it. also wish that it would update more frequently. It will say my dog is in a safe zone and connected to wifi when he hasn't been there for HOURS. I wish the Live mode would connect more easily (it keeps saying there's not enough network coverage when my phone will have 2 or 3 bars...

I have two dogs that I use these devices with. Connectivity is spotty at best. With today's technology, this product should never lose signal except for days when there is extreme Sunspot activity. I've had 6 different devices because my dogs keep losing them, and all of the devices have had poor connections. These should work wherever I have a cell phone signal. They do not. I've had this product for over two years and had hoped the service would improve, it has not. I will not renew again.

The only tracker that works with multiple cellular providers at the same time!! I spent several months trying every cellular pet tracker I could find. The problem is all the other trackers only work with one cellular provider at a time. I live in a rural area and there are dead spots for every provider however it always seems like at least one provider works where the others don't. The subscription is more than other trackers but it works with a total of 5 cellular providers at one time!!
