The app is POORLY developed that searches on products generate terrible results. The worst part, your points will not increase! LOLS! This is nonsense. The company should get another developer of this app to make it better.

The Sultan Center online offers are absolutely terrible. You think you're getting a great deal with their discounts, but as soon as you place an order, they cancel the discounted items. Then, when your order finally arrives, the main offer items are nowhere to be found. The delivery guy just shrugs and tells you to call their call center. And guess what? They inform you that the items are magically out of stock. Oh, and the cherry on top? You'll have to wait 5 to 7 days to get your refund.

Most of the time they will call me back that they don't have the selected items. This usually goes for the discounted products, which they will change for a more expensive option of you let them. I cancel these, because I find it unprofessional to offer products on a discounted price while you don't have them on stock (bad system is not an excuse). Often they are late. Once I bought a nail clipper and it came in an open box. They asked me if I wanted to replace. App is OK, service is not
