70% of my order was unavailable, showing poor inventory management and lack of updates. The final invoice also had errors, causing confusion. The app needs better stock management and accurate billing to improve the shopping experience. Customer service through WhatsApp is a joke—responses are slow, and most answers are incorrect.

The app needs to be improved in various ways 1. In searching for items 2. Adding the option to pay by visa 3. The time for delivering the items is too slow( they take more than 3 hourse ) the delivery time doesn't match the time the time they put in the app. 4. The customer service is really slow as well

Most of the time they will call me back that they don't have the selected items. This usually goes for the discounted products, which they will change for a more expensive option of you let them. I cancel these, because I find it unprofessional to offer products on a discounted price while you don't have them on stock (bad system is not an excuse). Often they are late. Once I bought a nail clipper and it came in an open box. They asked me if I wanted to replace. App is OK, service is not
