This app is pointless. While it displays your account info - thats all you get. You can't make or submit claims. You get redirected to a webpage that doesn't work and a dead end / no callback customer service department. While I appreciate the developer response the problem still exists. I cannot submit claims via app, and have to send everything by email after getting mailed a form. The app serves no purpose.

A LOT better coverage, at a more affordable rate! But if your auto payment does not go through, don't expect a call to tell you that it did not go through. No they just cancel your insurance then send you a letter of cancelation. No insurance for a few days, well I needed to get a policy at progressive, less coverage and double the cost. In 6 months nationwide will insure again. What happened to calling, text your client and give them the chance to pay it, instead of just canceling the policy.

I've used this app for years. My bill was due yesterday. I tried to pay, and it kept saying could not process. Try again later. Did that several times. Tried again today, a day late, and the same thing. I had to log onto the desktop site, which was a huge pain in the A, as it had me verify identity with stupid captchas for every step. I better not get a late fee. Pure garbage!
