My pup and I both love Ollie so much, but I am unable to sign into the app. it gets stuck on the loading screen. have deleted app and redownloaded multiple times on both android and iOS and still have the issue. The issue has been happening for about 3 or 4 days now, I think there may be an issue with the connection to the server (specifically the shopify SSO login)

I have a hard time with it because when you send verification numbers to my email, I have to close my Ollie screen and open my email to get the number and then write it down so I don't forget it. But even after doing all that, after I type in the number on the screen and then submit, it ALWAYS is reported to be wrong.

This Android app does not work when selecting the pet you are ordering for, even when closing or logging out. You have to go to the website to do most anything.
