Junk absolute junk. Why even have the app if everytime you try to order online for Gatlinburg it fails. Don't even try to call either because all they will say is that they have no control over online ordering.

After downloading the app and signing up, you are NOT able to view the Menu, unless you pick a location, FIRST. **There is NO menu option available to select.**

Attempted to find a customer service contact within the app, nothing there Please allow for bun/bread substitutes within online orders as they do when such are available in the stores. Thank you!
