The app tries to connect and then goes back to the let's get connected. I can make changes on my computer, update firmware, remove the app on the phone and reinstall it, rebooted the phone, unpaired, and paired back to my phone and still no change. I can make calls and listen to music so it works I just can't make changes with my phone. I know what Santa is bringing me and I don't think it will be a Sena, fix your software.

Updated the firmware on the device with a PC. Paired the device with Bluetooth on my Android phone. That worked. Started this app, which did not recognize the device. Uninstalled the app. Factory reset the device. Did this a few times. Once it came up with the place to change the name of the device. I click next. And the app crashed. Uninstall. Update: wait a week or so. Reinstall the app on a whim. Then it works. We'll see how long it lasts.

7/31/24: I have the 50S and I was never able to update the firmware with the wifi dongle. I was able to update the 50S with my PC, to the latest firmware v2.5 After I updated it to v2.5 I was able to connect it my Pixel 8 MUCH easier. I have to make a couple adjustments in the app for it work best for us. Sena really needs a much better onboarding to let new users about about the features of the device and how they want to use. There are a lot of settings/options in the app.
