Very bad experience as when you start to book it will show the voucher application but after the booking is completed the voucher will be removed by itself and i have been charged the full amount without any voucher application. I raised the issue on the app with the support team but so far no feedback is received from Service market team even after 2 days.

Don't ever add your credit card detail, they send the cleaners to the door, but never ring the bell and only call on the mobile, and if you don't answer they just leave and consider it no show and charge your credit anyways. This happened two times and still doing it. Only pay cash if they give the service.

Very poor in scheduling the service...despite booking service on app, it was cancelled twice saying that they do not have staff available in that slot...if staff not available then why is the booking available on the app..booking was done at 4 pm and respond was given at 6 pm...very poor approach to the bookings...
