Very user friendly app. Very easy to navigate through and upload required documents. Gives one tips on how to improve their profile so as to remain visible to emoyers. The greatest advantage is also the ease with which one can edit and or update their information on the profile. Again the app makes it easy to apply for any job by just a click of the 'easy apply'.

This mobile application is a complete scam created by a group of fraudulent individuals. I made the mistake of purchasing their "spotlight" service for three months, but I haven't received any responses from the 900+ jobs I applied to, and almost half of the subscription period has already elapsed. To make matters worse, they shared my email address with other scammers who sent me fake contract agreements, asking for upfront payment for processing and visa fees. Please be aware and avoid this

The main purpose of this app to get money from people. since I'm jobless I opted for the 6 months spotlight service but it's almost 3 months no response .I have enough work experience but still my resume s not getting shortlisted. worst app not cared about customer they focus only on money so don't waste time in naukri. I'm telling this with my own experience. Pls don't waste Ur money like wat I did. This issue need to be fixed for all not only for paid services.
