Lousy App!! The app does not work from the UK. It says, "Poor network connectivity. Please check your connections" whether I am on Wifi at home or at work or using mobile internet. I can not use the website either, as It won't send the OTP code by SMS or by email. So I can not even sign up! Pathetic!!

Service was very quick and the delivery guy was courteous. The app was a bit slow though, it wasn't keeping up with the stages the order was in. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a first timer

Very horrible services, very kienyeji. I have never had a great experience. Even the people commending the services here are probably paid influencers or staff. I don't know anyone who has ever had a good experience with this. Food takes more than an hour and a half to be delivered. That tracking system is fake! Don't waste your time. It's way easier to sleep hungry or just walk down the grocery store, buy your grocery and cook, its faster, healthier and less stressful. Cheii!
