Very bad app to work . First the slots booking is a worst thing . You cannot work with your choice in different areas you have to tell them even they dont allow to change city ..app works very slow..some times it stops working . Pay less and a useless customer care so i dont like it

You can't prove to support that the delivery point was way too far from the one that indicated by user. So, you often may earn far less from your actual mileage. And there's also a lot of minor issues, mainly with their chatbot. Often you can't access a person but that damn bot that doesn't solve your issue. If you choose another option from bot to access a person, they close the chat because of the wrong reason chosen. So, sometimes it's very hard both for courier and customer to solve.

A lot of bugs, and none of them solved in time. Orders not getting through, map issues, distance is not calculated correctly, but the house must always win, right? maybe that's why the app is not functioning properly. LE: The most dishonest app. They are ONLY oriented towards their own wellbeing. There is no "we grow together" in this "partnership". Expect that you will put in so many hours, and not be compensated property.
