DO NOT USE THIS APP. I tried purchasing tickets in advance for a show. It gave out an error after purchase making me think it did not push through. After the second attempt same error. Then I found out both went through but no tickets were given. Customer care is also so slow as no one has replied to my requests yet.

This app will ask you to choose a time and a seat before pirchasing your tickets. Then when you get to the cinema, surprise! They'll tell you you have no reservation. It lets you easily purchase tickets without logging in. Then later you find out your purchase was not recorded. There is no option to create an account. When you go to the site to create an account, it leads you to an error page. So you have a proof of payment via email but you ha no reserved seats. 🙄

Booked tickets in this app so it would be CONVENIENT for us, expecting that when we go to the Cinema, everything is okay. The booking and payment apear to be successful in the sent email but hey! They don't have the booking confirmed at the cinema counters! It's the second time that happened to us, 1st in tarlac, and now in Puerto Princesa. Just delete this app, it's a waste of time and money maintaining it. I am so disappointed.
