Recently renewed my DL and noticed the app, so I gave it a try. Creating the account was simple, but verification to USE primary functionality is not; I've attempted the selfie/video verify over a dozen times and it fails every time. Had the same issue with the Federal ID.me system, so I used the live video call which took all of 30 seconds to complete. myColorado doesn't offer that. To upload car registration I need to verify my ID? Support says I need a new DL picture at the DMV. Ugh. Pass.

Hi Andrew, we're very sorry for the inconvenience. The selfie identification is used to verify that the person using the account is the person in the ID photo. If your appearance has changed drastically since you've taken your ID photo, you may need to update your ID picture to proceed with creating an account.

I've had my new car registered for about six weeks now, but when trying to enter it under Vehicle Registrations it says "Invalid vehicle details, try again with valid details." Those are the only details I've got! Tried calling the help line that it says is open every day but gave up after no one answering after like 20 minutes. Otherwise, the app is pretty cool, though I've never had a need to use it.

Just wondering what the point of adding my fingerprint is if I have to enter my password every time anyway. And then to change password you have to verify 3+times before you can finally access your stuff. I understand the need for security but this is ridiculous and unnecessary. It shouldn't take me 10 minutes to login to an app. Definitely useless.
