Please be careful when you place an order. You CANNOT cancel it and edit delivery info after placing the order. Don't expect customer service. You can request customer service via email only Mon to Fri. AI doesn't learn a word of 'cancel'. They shouldn't sell product they don't have in stock. The email notice says the order will be automatically canceled if I don't reply within 12 hrs, but they delivered the replacement without my reply. I don't see customer service improvement

It's a bit pricy, but it makes it easy to send gifts to my loved ones in Korea from US. So I appreciate the service.
