Man, I really would love to give a 5 star review because it has been great using this app for the most part! I love the peace of mind I get when I book a parking spot days before a concert or event knowing that I will spend less on parking than I would on Ubers back and forth. However, when I booked a spot and the QR code didn't scan, I wasn't able to get any help from spothero support. I've followed up 2 times now, and it's been weeks. I have not received a reply or a refund.

Cheap easy parking. When I booked a cheap lot that was full 1 call less than 5 minutes had me booked into another lot. They paid the difference because the cheap lot was full. Downloaded 2 other parking apps don't bother to use the others. I like how you can see a picture of the place, and then just tap to navigate to the parking spot.

Great little app. I don't drive to downtown Chicago without it! The only thing I'd improve is for the parking pass to indicate which car is on the reservation (or "no car selected" if we didn't choose one), so that we know at a glance which keys to grab before leaving the house! Currently there is no way to see that without calling customer service, but thankfully the CS reps are awesome and always help us out.
