I can't sign in because clicking the "username" or "password" fields won't trigger the keyboard to pop up. So it's impossible to type anything. I even tried the "forgot password" function, but it has the same issue. As you can see from this review, my phone keyboard function is working fine on all other apps and pages. I hope it gets fixed soon, because it would be very helpful. Winter storms lead to us having several maintenance work orders to keep track of. Google Pixel 5 Android 12 Snow Cone

Won't let you sign in. Tells you it recognizes the email but the password is wrong. Password is definitely not wrong. Reset the password and it takes you to a page and you reset it. It acts like it does but doesn't. Can never log in to view any work orders or request maintenance.

The app will not accept my password and gives me the option to reset it. However, it will not allow me to finish changing the password before telling me that there is an invalid code. Therefore, I'm locked out of my account and have been for months. I have been forced to use the phone line to get our maintenance requests reported since the app does not work.
