I Use the app for facilities maintenance work. App crashes frequently. I have lost many service pictures that I'm required to upload to complete a service due to this issue. Unable to get them back as they're taken exclusively in the app and don't download to your phone. The app also crashes frequently in the background even when not in use and tanks battery life and processing power on my phone. All in all needs a SERIOUS overhaul. Exclusively use it because I'm required to for work. Terrible

New update ruined this app. Now when going from taking a picture of the location it goes straight into additional pictures and not before service picture. Meaning I have to completely back out of the job and go back in to try and get the option to even appear. And sometimes it deletes the pictures when I back out. So now instead of getting work done I'm sitting here trying to figure out how to make the app do what it's supposed to.

Taking pictures doesn't work unless you rotate your phone horizontally, and it's a very minimalized picture. And now with the latest update, the reschedule work order option has disappeared, as with some other options on the app, and not getting answers to my messages that I'm sending, hoping to get this resolved soon.
