I Use the app for facilities maintenance work. App crashes frequently. I have lost many service pictures that I'm required to upload to complete a service due to this issue. Unable to get them back as they're taken exclusively in the app and don't download to your phone. The app also crashes frequently in the background even when not in use and tanks battery life and processing power on my phone. All in all needs a SERIOUS overhaul. Exclusively use it because I'm required to for work. Terrible

update: app works much better now. much easier to get approvals and to update work orders Something happened recently unable to upload photos from devices. Techs can no longer check out. Very irritating
