I have been using this tracker for about 1 year and a half and to this day i keep having problems since it doesn't display the heat map or the sprints on the map. Customer support were "aware" of the known Android bug and couldn't help me, instead they told me to wait for an update. The second issue is that it won't pair with the advertised HR monitor (Scoosche) and customer support could not help either, so I had to return it. Very dissapointing. Save yourself the trouble and get a Catapult 👎

The app might be good if it did not crash every time I tried to see my session. I would not use it at all if it wasn't mandated by my club team to use the tracker. Please fix the crashing issue Galaxy 24. 6/2/24 - I reached out via email as requested since APEX responded in the Play Store. They responded with several questions, which i answered, but there is still no resolution to the problem. 6/7/24 issue has been fixed. Apex customer service is solid. The app is good now that is works.

Work well for about 4months. Today cannot access data. Been in touch with tech support and they still have not been able to fix the problem. Update Still not able to view the data from my workout session. They've been trying to fix the bug on Android devices. Been about 2 weeks and still not working. It's now been about 6 weeks and they still haven't fixed it.UPDATE they claim to have released a fix but it's still not working right.
