The verification process is way to complex VS SQUARE. With Square I put my business info and in a matter of minutes I was able to do business. With Stripe it's the whole opposite. If it's not one thing it's another. I created a passcode for the web access, because of that I can't log in on the app over the phone. If I delete the passcode, I get kicked out and can't access my dashboard. It is so frustrating. Chat is all AI. So good luck fixing your issue. What many stated here it's a useless app.

$5200 gone with no recourse. I took a credit card payment for a $5200 product. The customer picked up the product and made payment. He then claimed that he "didn't receive the product"... here's the catch.. I had this guy sign the most in-depth multi page CC Authorization form you ever saw. I have camera footage, signed invoice, text message screenshots and a lot more. Stripe doesn't care. They are refunding the fraudsters purchase now so I am going under. Baby on the way and I can't make rent

I was thrilled to find Stripe and the useful features it offers, but that is as far as my good experience reached. My small amount transaction for testing went well. I then made my first real transaction over 2 weeks ago and still to date have not received the payout to my linked bank accounts.It's apparently stuck in pending with a mile long email string from Customer Service basically saying we are working on it on every single response. I can't find a direct number to call. It's a nightmare!
