About this app

The Telekom application makes it easy and convenient to manage Telekom products. For mobile phone numbers, you will see how much data, minutes and SMS you can still use in a given month. You can purchase additional data packages for use at home and in roaming. You can also add fixed network products (Magio Internet, Magio Television, fixed line) or other phone numbers to the application to keep all your products, products of loved ones, etc. together. Paying invoices is very fast thanks to the option to save your card. Within the Telekom application, you will also find the Magenta Moments section with lucrative games and a number of unique benefits from Telekom and other partners.

What the Telekom application enables:
- add all your mobile numbers and landline products to the application
- name individual products
- easily track how many minutes, data and SMS you still have left
- purchase additional data, additional and Mixi packages
- pay the invoice by credit card, Google Pay or bank transfer
- top up credit on Prepayment or Easy top-up cards with a payment card, via Google Pay or by including the top-up amount in the next invoice for mobile services
- set regular monthly top-up of cards from the stored payment card
- save your card for faster payment
- unlocking the application with a fingerprint, using face recognition or setting your own PIN
- possibility to add a widget
- manually set and configure the settings of the router and devices connected to it using the Wi-Fi Manager
- monitor information about service restrictions and their expected restoration time
- report a fault
- monitor the status of orders
- monitor information about the technician's planned visit

Ratings and reviews

What you sound expect from the app does not work, and what you don't want(advertisement) works perfectly. I wanted an app to manage my invoices, and see the statistics of how much data or calls I have left. Try to add the stats on your phone number? Error. Try and get a code to add all of your things under a birth number? Get this code from our website.....no link, just website. Where? (Try and log in to their website, password doesn't work. Reset password. No mail). Just bad experience.

Ever since you redesigned your app it's a hell to use. It takes a long to load, I have trouble to find essential functions and I already spent money I didn't wanted to because of lousy descriptions. Previous version was quick and intuitive. I have no bloody idea how can an app turn to rubbish so suddenly.

Fix this app. All the time I want to pay the bills I have to restart the application 3-4 times because it's crashing (when I'm in the secrion to select payment method it's not possible to click anything). Thanks. Cheers.
