This app is so customer friendly. Easy to view plans and change if you desire. Easy to see your balance. Easy to ask for customer assistance. Type in your issue and ask for a call or email answer.. The price and service can't be beat. Great signal. Great plans. The app has a keyboard and copy of your contacts, but you can also still use the phone keyboard as usual, with all the gifs emoji, access to photos...

Great customer service and the rates are incredible. Every interaction is easy including anything online, in fact they will walk you with you through it and they have even gone out of their way, ex: My GPS stopped working in a different city and state, suddenly I was lost- I thought I might of run out of data, called Tello but no, I had data. Then she looked up my phone model and figured out what had happened like a detective, then guided me through a series of steps to get me on the road again

App sucks and only works online! Looks like a child developed it. The data you have is used by the app. Data doesn't slow it stops. Customer service doesn't seem to care or be concerned. Probably low pay. App does not update the usage correctly. You may lose coverage unknowingly. The company seems very questionable. They don't upgrade or downgrade, that's a straight out lie! You pay for available package and the plan starts. Pick the correct plan. They will not correct any mistakes!!!
