Less stars of possible! I think they are bogus you have to transfer 20.00 to set up account and they charge you a fee to transfer back and mine they paused for some odd reason. I don't recommend! A friend tried to send me money from Spain he paid the transfer rate and was sending in USD however they charged me a transfer fee again by changing it to Euros and was told would possibly have to pay another transfer back to USD to transfer to my bank. They paused that transaction as well!

Update Oct 2024: Used to be great when it was called Transferwise. A LOT has changed since then. They charge a lot more (almost a 200% fee increase on transfers). Transfers that used to take mere seconds now take an opaque amount of time AND twice they have just bounced back to me as undelivered one week later. Not good at all for emergencies. Plus, their customer service is completely unhelpful and rude. I've switched to one of their competitors after too many shenanigans. No longer recommend!

Used to be amazing, still the best on the market. But transfer times have slowed way down in the last few years. I used to reliably get my money within 72 hours - now it's a week+ for every transaction. Customer support is no help, & the best advice I've gotten has been to delete all my banks and reconnect them. I'm sure I'll get around to doing it someday, but I'm so frustrated that if there was a better option I'd switch in a heartbeat. Edit: dropped down to 1 star after that insane reply
