Honestly, this app is great despite the too many unskippable adds. But, there is a problem I am facing. Before, I can enter the app with no glitches at all. But ever since the new update came, the loading only stops at 25% which I can't enter the app anymore and saying "Sorry, please check your internet connection." I have a very excellent and strong Wi-fi, so that is definitely not the problem. Viu, please fix this glitch! I have a very strong Wi-fi connection, but it somehow just stops at 25%.

Viu I like your show selection, but please work on your WIFI link. It's always unable to connect on my TV when other platforms have no issues connecting. Also, the subtitles can be improved. They can't really be read on the TV screen if the background is too bright (and white).

Hard to use library. Even if you just click a new series it would always play the latest episode. Same with downloaded if you download a complete series you have to manually choose episodes as it will never start in episode 1 rather it will be played according to download time finished. All download are also mixed together so if you downloaded more than 1 series they would be mixed together so you have to find next episode manually.
