I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

I'm not able to pay for charging sessions. I only ever get generic error messages w/ no cause or direction on how to fix. Same thing if I try to change payment methods. I even tried to re register under a new email and the app won't even let me get past that. I've been in communications with their difficult to find (human) support for over a day now and so far they've only asked generic questions that have nothing to do w/ my problem. I've lost 4 hrs of time dealing w/ this useless company. 0/5

It is taking forever to connect to the app. It won't update the firmware and went 3 connect via Bluetooth all the time.. UPDATE: That problem is fixed. However, my charger is now throwing errors preventing my car from charging, but I'm not receiving a notification about it. There is no error code, no record of the error. Absolutely no way of troubleshooting the problem. I will never buy their products again.
