After using for about 5 months, the app won't connect to the hearing aids if I turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on. The only way to reconnect is to turn off the hearing aids and turn them back on. They'll only stay connected if I leave Bluetooth on. Having to re-pair every time I turn off Bluetooth shouldn't be happening. Widex blames the phone and hasn't issued an app update in at least 6 months.

Horrible connection issues. I have been working with my audiologist and have taken my Moment hearing aids to her office twice in the last two months. I have android and iOS phones and repeated connection problems. This is so frustrating when you are trying to find some relief. Edit 5/10/2024. It took you almost a month to tell me this? That's is not very streamlined customer support for people with hearing problems. You would have been better off not responding.

App loses connection briefly anytime i do so much as switch apps or even browser tabs. Cuts out and reconnects. Often I have to open the app back up to reset audio profile, and it opens to a screen called "streaming speech" instead of my tabs, and i can't use that screen. I don't even have access to the Streaming Speech tab normally. App is garbage. I give up and turn on the aid, connect it, then turn off bluetooth to prevent the app screwing up the aid. *no other BT devices are connected*.

Dear Ted, Sorry about your this. It could seem that your phone connects to a different Bluetooth device than your hearing aids. Go to the Bluetooth menu on your phone, disconnect all other peripherals and try and connect your aids again. I Hope this will help. You are welcome to contact your local customer service.
