***UPDATE x2*** The dimly colored numeric battery indicators have been replaced with green/red battery icons. I would prefer numeric percentages with a contrasting color, but the icons are useable, and a huge improvement. ------------------- After the new app and updating the TRUEFREE O1's firmware to v2.3, the "Custom touch" options work! EQ presets and Adaptive EQ work as well. All major functions seem good now. I had drop-outs after updating, but a reset using the case method fixed it.

The app works in a fashion. I managed to use it to select a desired equalizer profile which is good but there is no response when I try to customise the touch controls for adjusting the volume, pause, answer phone etc. I would like to disable some of these functions. Edit After advice from the tech help team at Truefree I managed to get the app fully functioning. Everything now works as it should. Nice earphones with a nice sound.

Frequent app crashes, cannot customise the equaliser, cannot alter any frequency as per needs. This app is promising but spoils all the sound fun which I intend to have from my T3 unit. Really what's the point of buying the product if there's no sufficient support 😞
