I have ordered and paid through upi, however after payment when i cams back to the app, its showing that i have no orders in order history, my money is paid howbwr its showing no order. when i try to call customer service that call itself is not going. after this i went to the restaurant to tell about my issue , howver the restaurant staff were most negligent about my issue, my money is paid yet my order is not there and the customer service is least bothered. the app is extremely bad .

Your customer support number is like a ghost always there in theory but impossible to reach, I guess I might have better luck with reaching out to the aliens. The support number does not exist! I placed an order from your app and the order arrived from (sattva divinity mall) it's not even near my location and this app doesn't even let you select nearest location and to spice up things the order was like a car accident. The burger looked like it got into a fight with a compressor - and lost!

I had a frustrating experience with KFC recently. Their customer care number wasn't working, leaving me unable to get any help. To make things worse, my order took over two hours to arrive, and I still haven't received it. This lack of communication and the excessive delay is very disappointing. KFC needs to seriously improve its customer service and delivery reliability.
