An intensive full body workout.I love the voice counter,it guides the pace.I also like the fact that it focuses on all parts of the body.Am using it to tone my body and to build core strength.I recommend it for females whose goal is to keep fit and stay in shape.It also keeps track of your weight, so it's also good for those whose goal is weight loss.

This app is great for all females. It provides a whole lot of workouts for all levels of fitness and helps you keep track of your progress, by diarising all your workout stats, burned calories and weight lossed . It's a perfect virtual personal trainer.

This is a very good app that was designed to accommodate people of all activity level because you could increase the time of your workout or reduce it as the case maybe. Kudos to the technical team and other users.
