Two days In... My mental energy improves almost immediately. I like that I can do it at home during cold weather and at my own pace. I like that I am able to pause or repeat a video to see how they do something or to go back and do the exercises again since I was distracted doing it the first time. I'm looking forward to furthering my abilities and to helping my middle-aged body tone.

Be careful! I thought I was spending 4.99 on the 1 week plan just to try it, but I was charged an additional 49.99 for 'meal plans and coach consulting'. There was nothing indicating that I would be charged that amount. And customer support just kept giving me the run around when I asked if they could refund the 49.99. I haven't even gotten to use the product yet and I'm already so frustrated with the company that I'll be moving on to something else.

I would give 0 stars if I could because of the tricks they pull with hidden fees claiming that's what you signed up for. They refuse to give me a refund. Guess I got scammed like many others I see. My debit card had a freeze put on it because of how many times they tried to charge me. I'll definitely be finding a more honest and upfront app.
