When I purchased and exercise $18.99 they charge me an extra $25.99 without disclosing. It was a surprise when I saw the text that an extra twenty 25 came out after they charged the 18.99 then, they charge me again and paypal.Took it off a car that wasn't assign to them at all so I lost $58.99 dollars for something that I was immediately wanted a refund five minutes later. I have not gotten a refund. Had, I found that I did not like the exercise.

I'm loving the workout portion of the app, which is what I signed up for. Like others, I was charged unexpectedly for add on services I didn't want, but customer service was great and I was issued a refund after a few exchanges. I love that the videos give preview of the next move so I don't feel rushed trying to figure out what's coming.

Beware of additional charge. Just like some of the reviewers, I purchased the trial subscription. Along with that, I was charged $25.99 for PDF guides. When I disputed it, they gave me an offer of 6 free months instead of a refund. But after I accepted it, about 2 hrs later, I got an email for a better plan. So I contacted the support team that I changed my mind and wanted the refund. I was told I can't change my mind. They need to communicate with each other better. Bad experience
