I set up my account and made a reservation. Now I need to cancel the reservation, but the app wont let me. Even though it clearly states that cancellation is allowed up until the day of the event. It even shows a place to cancel, but it doesnt seem to work. I contacted them by email and on the phone. And they just say it is not possible to cancel. They say its againts their policy. But it clearly says different on the app.

Updating my previous review because the app is still not as useful as the old app. I'm not sure if anyone is monitoring these reviews or will make any updates but I am sharing anyway. The fingerprint login flow is so strange, why click "use email" and then have to click on the password field to have it pop up with a fingerprint? The fingerprint prompt should open the second I open the app. There are a ton of unnecessary things, please just have a simple zone entry UI and payment method manager.

For pulling up to a space and parking, it's a good app. It seems to have a feature that you could pay for parking in the future (which would be amazing because parking starts at 7, and well, I'm not always up by 7) designated by a button that says "upcoming" and the ability to choose different days and times, but this feature does not work, and the next screen consistently took me to a screen for the current date and time to "confirm" that I wanted to choose that time.
