Their app malfunctioned, charging me several times on transactions it said failed for the same parking time. I contacted the company and they said they fixed the glitch that caused the issue - but refused to refund the purchases, instead suggesting that I could contact the city if I wanted a refund. Do yourself a favor and use one of the other apps.

Set up my account and added my car,, no problem. Went through the parking payment menu 3 times, failed at the very end every time, no explanation. Connection was perfectly OK, that's why setting up the account and the car were so easy. Do not recommend. ETA: connections better now, but if you scroll away from the app it forgets everything and you have to start over.

A good start... Legal part and coordination with parking owner should be a big part of experience. Sticker without actual support for payment should be a huge no-no. App is lacking. Mine takes a long time to log in every time app is starting. Why? Do you guys like to show those animations so much? Nothing to control that in settings. Adds something to Android startup. Maybe om for a daily user, I use this app every other month. Too bad there are no options once parking owner selected an app.
