First it worked but now it's giving me random error messages and won't let me pay. Definitely glitchy like other users reviewed. This is the only app I can use for my town where I park and I have no idea how they snagged that contract because it's one of the worst apps I've experienced. Can't extend your time even if it's for a significant duration because it says one is currently in progress so you have to watch it like a hawk. No way to report issues. Half the time the buttons don't respond.

This app does not have the ability to stop your parking timer midway. If you scroll the timer and stop at 13 hours, it automatically adds a day and resets the hours to 0. I ended up paying for extra 6 days while trying to add 6 hours because I thought the app was bugged. The customer service of this app does not have the ability to stop the parking timer and only relies on the merchant to refund you if they feel like. So far, no reply from the "merchant".

App generally works for me (except when it doesn't which happens occasionally), I find it frustrating that they changed it to require the CVC on my credit card every single time I go to pay. It's also frustrating that I can't extend time beyond the 3 hour time limit my city has set even after I've moved my vehicle to another location which I'm allowed to park at, so I have to remember to open the app just as the last few seconds of my session is about to expire to start a new one so that I'm not left exposed to a parking ticket (especially now my city is cracking down and will issue a ticket within one minute before the parking is paid for). 3 stars because it makes my life a little easier but I think this application was not the best solution my city could have chosen to handle payments.
