Ratings and reviews

Lately, i always regret using this app. Being overpriced is one thing, but not being able to get in contact with actual people in support service is unacceptable. I've ordered something, late at night, from one of the drive throughs. The original estimated time was 5-15 minutes. It's been almost an hour and i haven't gotten my order yet, the delivery time switches back and forth AND i can't cancel the order as "it's on its way" or talk someone. Definitely deleting the app after this.

In the past year there literally hasn't been one time I didn't regret using this app. I use it sometimes when a restaurant is not available in the app I normally use. They are awful at estimating delivery times, they aren't transparent about pricing (e.g. saying the delivery is free for a given restaurant, then charging the delivery fee anyway), and I didn't have good experiences with customer support, either.

It's definitely become a lot better since the concurrent blue company started employing aliens exclusively that doesn't speak the local language and roam without consideration on all solid surfaces no matter the rules of the road. On top of that foodora has a lot better complain resolution now with automatic refunds and such, compared to a few years ago. UX is still terrible, but still the best option in Hungary.
