I finally got a survey, and it freeze while I was filling it out. This is still the easiest way to pay your bills - it works sometimes, but naming it "My Vodafone" instead of "Vodafone" is totally sensless. If all service app would follow this namimg I wouldn't be able to find anything. This app should be at "V". Why break alphabetical order? Dear marketing team, I do not feel more connected to Vodafone because this naming at all, if anythinh, it annoyes me like continuous, ceasless crowing.

I agree with some customers review. Even if i want to change language to English , its all the time turns every next page to Hungarian, pop-up message in Hungaria and you just cant translate it in page setting. This app is not user friendly and seems was made only for Hungarian citizens. Others, who dont speak that langage and tourists are completely ignored.

What a garbage. Went to register and make an account so I can top up my sim card as needed and even tho I selected English as one of the offered languages, the app continued fully in Hungarian. Okay, went ahead and tried to sign up four times with my email address and got no email back with a temporary password. For a telecommunications company to have such a garbage app, in these times, should be illegal.
