We developed this app after learning about the study showing "looking at the red light for three minutes a day can improve declined eyesight".

[How to use]
- When you tap the screen, then two black circles appear.
- Gaze at the two circles as if they overlap in the center then follow the moving circles by moving your eyes without moving your head.
- Recommend to do the 90 seconds exercise twice a day (3 minutes).
[How to focuse]
-There are two methods of focusing:
A. Crossing method - focus on the front of the screen. (Crossed eyes)
B. Parallel method - focus on the back of the screen.
When the two circles overlap in the center, focus on the center circle.
Generally speaking, the Crossing method is more effective for nearsightedness and presbyopia, while the B. Parallel method is more effective for farsightedness.

- This app maximize the brightness of the screen when you start the exercise to produce a strong red light.
