in fews days ago When i open the app, the text of the buttons displayed on the home page are zoomed in direclty without touching anything, And i am not able to use them. If i press it, an error connection msg appears

I've been trying for the last two days to open the application in order to modify my services, but I continuously receive "connection error, try again". It is weird to experience that directly after the company sent the new price lists which boomed like 5 times higher in LBP!!! It is totally unfair to be held responsible for the new upcoming bill because of an application which has crashed and I doubt it!!! When it was working perfectly fine.
