Sadly, one of the worst app experiences. Every top up needs 24 for manual verification, they even asked to send a video holding the card & ID . I'm using international bank transfer from now on to Neo Bank where the fees is less no withdraw fees & the international transfer cost ~18USD in my case , in addition the international transfer took 48 hours. Note that the support team are professional & they try to solve your problem ASAP!!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with your customer service. They claimed to have contacted me, but I never received any call. In addition, the app has several issues — once you sign out, there’s no option to sign back in, only a sign-up button. This makes it impossible for existing users to log in again.

Great customer support! They respond very quickly, and if you have any issue, they call you right away and help you solve it. I’m really impressed with their service.
