Ratings and reviews

It's a very conventional and easy to use, has helped us a lot in daily life! But I also would like to make a few suggestions that could help out a lot, like being able to set a Daily Limit for how much I could spend, or divide my money into Pockets, so I know how much I need to spend for specific days, events or groceries. Love the app though!

BE CAREFUL Wish Money is not secure. The app is easy to use, but I had a large amount stolen during an online purchase. Despite several contacts with customer care, they were unable to recover the money. They repeatedly mentioned “3D Secure,” but in reality, the stolen transaction was processed with an OTP code sent to Wish Messenger, proving the system is flawed. Customer care is unprofessional, poorly trained, and not ready for problems solving. Do not trust this app with Significant funds.

Very poor service and slow support. Promised deadlines are not respected, and changing your phone number requires deactivating and reactivating your account, which is an unnecessary and poorly designed process. Overall, a frustrating experience.
