App crashes or doesn't load. Old rewards program was better. The new rewards program is lame. Why have an app if it takes you to the website to order? This dispensary was great at the start, now it's just money hungry and not enough cashiers to check out customers.

There's a bug within the app that the developers need to fix. My app just simply keeps closing down as soon as I open it up. I cleared the cache, I've uninstalled & reinstalled, still no solution. Galaxy S24 (I literally just used this app a couple weeks ago with no problems)
