I put in an order for pickup and did the payment through online bank transfer, as I was paying online, the application had an error, my money went through but it didn't put in my order. What the hell ? I contacted the helpline and told them about it and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. Now I'm having to talk to my bank to get a refund of said transaction because I got robbed of my money and it'll take 2 to 3 business days to get the refund. Ridiculous! Fix your app damnit!!!!!!

There is an issue every time the app updates. For the instructions section for any item, the written instructions are not received with the order at the branch. This occurs for some time after a new update occurs. If you want something removed due to allergies, it causes an issue. Thus, you may have to contact the branch. Please resolve this issue.

Worst experience ever I've place my order and it's been 3 hours and I didn't get any response after 3 hour wait I got to know that branch has cancelled the order without intimation but on our call they continuesly giving me a hope that your order is on the way people don't even attend my call later so it's better to not get order food from this brand. Thanks for the services.
