Ratings and reviews

Trust me, this is one of the best food delivery apps in Nepal. Ignore the spam 1-star reviews since many of them seem fake and have the same pattern. I've used this app a lot and have honestly never faced any major issues. The delivery staff are friendly, the app works smoothly, and the overall service has been great. The only things I would suggest improving are adding photos of dishes and introducing more late-night options, maybe through cloud kitchens. Other than that, highly recommended!

The rider claimed that the map was inaccurate. The chat requires camera access in order to function. Sketchy. I wish I could include a screenshot, as I cannot enter the chat icon on the top right without giving permission to the camera.

Very disappointing experience. My order was not delivered on time, and I wasn't even informed about the delay. I also never received a call or any update from the delivery team. Better communication and timely service are expected. I hope the service improves.
