The first line of their refund policy is "Foodmandu takes customer satisfaction very seriously", this is a lie. Don't fall for it. A delivery platform DOES NOT need to have a discussion with a restaurant over the course of 3 days to refund an order which the restaurant messed up. If resolved in a day or 2, this gives an incentive for the customer to use the platform again. The level of indifference shown, makes me want to uninstall the app. To be clear, the food I received was inedible.

"Can't deliver food we are extremely sorry . " It's their response after ordering food . They can't deliver request within 2 KM range . They only deliver within 500 m distance. Order food if you have restaurant in next door otherwise forget about ordering food . I find this app really unuseful for me . I recommend people not to use this app .

The order was placed from our of our service area, Currently, we can extend delivery only up to 500 meters beyond our service area, which is why we were unable to proceed.We truly regret this experience and are actively working to expand our service coverage so we can serve you in the near future.

app works but need big improvement. food not having picture is biggest problem , reviews should also be better with picture, in many cases food don't have proper explanation also for food allergies or diet details . maybe also loyalty program.
