Ratings and reviews

The first line of their refund policy is "Foodmandu takes customer satisfaction very seriously", this is a lie. Don't fall for it. A delivery platform DOES NOT need to have a discussion with a restaurant over the course of 3 days to refund an order which the restaurant messed up. If resolved in a day or 2, this gives an incentive for the customer to use the platform again. The level of indifference shown, makes me want to uninstall the app. To be clear, the food I received was inedible.

When paying for foodmandu upon delivery, the QR doesn't accept fonepay virtual credit card. So why even offer 50% discount? I don't know if this is the problem of foodmandu or fonepay or Siddharth bank mobile banking. But It's unacceptable. I was supposed to get 50% discount by paying through my fonepay virtual credit card but while paying the option didn't show up for credit card even though it is by default and I had to pay by my bank account. Disappointed.

Logistics is as bad as their service. From late deliveries to informing that order was not correctly processed when it is delivery time already.. Wow. The company is a big mess, and now you can't get a delivery in evenings. lol. no pickup availability. uninstalled. Go for Pathao much better.
