I don't understand who would in the right state of mind allow this kind of change. The new look of the so called app is horrible not to mention that whatever you want to do it takes you to the browser, you could have just left it as it was and if you weren't into the old colours you could have changed them. It is very disappointing and frustrating. Sorry to say but if i wasn't the old customer i would have just not bother becoming one. From my point of view i would rate all of this 1 out of 10.

I strongly recommend that the yettel app should have an English version. It is very difficult navigating the app only in Serbian language, especially when Belgrade is so cosmopolitan, with a lot of people speaking English. This could potentially even create a market advantage against the network's competitors. This should be seriously considered. It is cumbersome having to copy text from the mobile application and translating it using google, just to make meaning of something.

Your programmers are amazing. What have you done with the latest update? The application says "No Internet connection" whenever I try to open it using mobile Internet. And it works via Wi-Fi. And my mobile Internet is fine, I am watching Youtube right now. Phone restart didn't help. Your App is a joke.
