I recently tried the train food delivery app, and it was a game-changer for my long-distance journey. I placed an order and got a WhatsApp confirmation that it was accepted and forward to their restaurant partner. After waiting for an hour with no update, I got a message saying my order was PENDING due to missing info and needed verification. By then, I’d already left, my station and it was too late to fix. If there was an issue, I should’ve been told right away, not after an hour or u should have not given me rest assured message.This delay wasted my time and left me without my order.😔

One of the worst apps to order food. They call themselves aggregators but do not have any idea of what their vendors are supplying. I placed an order and I was delivered something else. Few items also went bad. When I complained them about incomplete order and the quality of food they directly blamed the vendors and did not do anything. Resolution provided was Rs 50 discount on next order. Pathetic food, service and customer support. My Order id was 3625603. They services are mismanaged as well.
